Tryko Partners, LLC is a Central NJ private equity real estate investment group that specializes in the acquisition of multifamily housing and healthcare properties.


Company currently seeks a full-time, experienced Executive Assistant to play a pivotal role by capturing business critical information for the Acquisitions team.


  • Conduct informational multifamily and healthcare research to locate suitable property and information (commercial real estate industry information sources, public data)
  • Deliver high standards of research and insight to determine feasibility of investment thesis
  • Healthcare fundamental data such as market rates, occupancy, hospital data, and market volume.
  • Prepare market analysis reports, including an understanding of comparable market properties, vacancy, absorption, compare with neighboring assets, and comparable rents and sales.
  • Builds strong working relationships with information providers. Manage key resources, data vendors, and available technology
  • Organize and present data analysis, draw objective conclusions, and make recommendations.
  • Monitor sales processes and prepare weekly pipeline progress reports on progress and achievement of business objectives
  • Primary contact for Information Technology
  • Maintain and populate database of potential prospects in various markets
  • Provide operational support and assist brokerage team in any needs to ensure its success
  • Schedule conference meetings and manage travel itineraries
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned.


  • 1-2 years of commercial real estate experience in a research-related role
  • Detail and task-oriented
  • Light travel is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong Internet search skills are required.
