  • Oversee financial analysis, track and analyze portfolio and individual performance,
  • Monthly reporting of property operations, benchmarking, budgeting, and recommendations.
  • Tracking performance vs proforma and making recommendations to company executives on how to proceed to maximize returns 
  • Detailed understanding of factors affecting markets and submarkets as well as ongoing review of all revenue management data
  • Budgeting and monitoring value add capital projects
  • Bi quarterly site property visits
  • Interface with joint venture partner’s and maintain relationships


  • Familiarity with rent rolls, property operating statements and budgets, appraisals in multi-family properties. This includes preparing monthly P&L for each individual property and all rental properties in aggregate
  • Ability to research and communicate with local and regional resources regarding market data.
  • Experience presenting findings to senior management
  • Special Projects as required
  • 5-7 years of real estate financial analysis experience preferred
  • BA/BS degree in accounting/finance/statistics, real estate experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in One Site, MS Excel, Word, Outlook and YARDI.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
